Facilitate a Strategic Planning Workshop with key board members and staff.
Outputs
- In consultation with the CEO, developed the structure of the workshop to achieve a draft strategic plan.
- A SWOT analysis and capacity assessment informed a workshop that considered purpose, vision, values, stakeholders, core business and strategic directions for the kind of organisation needed to deliver the service packages.
- Facilitated discussion on future brand and alignment to future expansion intent.
- Drafted a basic strategic outline for the new organisation.
Outcome
A draft strategic plan was presented for further development by the CEO and Board, which included a revised purpose, vision and values, key strategic directions, target groups, broad timeframes and resource implications. Gosford RSL Leisure Living is now Evergreen Life Care.
