Evergreen Life Care (formerly Gosford RSL Leisure Living) is a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to providing quality professional residential, care and support services for aged and disabled people living on the Central Coast.
The Challenge
To assist the Board and key staff members to develop an executable Strategic Plan through the facilitation of strategic planning workshop.
Processes
- Consultation with the CEO to determine workshop structure
- SWOT analysis and capacity assessment to understand purpose, vision, values, core business and possible strategic directions
- Facilitation of discussions on future brand, and alignment to future expansion intent
- Articulation of the new direction and intent in a draft Strategic Plan.
Outcome
Bev Lange Consulting facilitated the delivery of a draft strategic plan for further development by the CEO and Board. The plan outlined revised purpose, vision and values; offered key strategic directions; suggested target groups, broad timeframes and resource implications. As a result of the expansion of its services, Gosford RSL Leisure Living changed its corporate identity to become Evergreen Life Care.
